1. A Bias decision by a so called welfare state

Haryana has announced to provide Rs 4 per liter subsidy to milk farmers who
provide milk to Haryana dairy only. a huge no. of milk farmers are not covered
under this policy .there is a unorganized mass group of milk farmers will be
deprived from this benefit. also the organized
farmers who supply milk to private sector like amul, nestle,reliance
etc. will be deprived from this benefit. Hence this policy is bias. Hardly 20% of milk farmers are attached to vita.
Neither the policy will benefit the milk farmers nor it will fulfill the
concept of welfare state.
It is
therefore requested that the policy be broadened to all the milk farmers of the
state irrespective of the fact of the purchasing agency.
